Find answers to common questions about setting up and using Easify Connect, managing campaigns, configuring SIM cards, and troubleshooting message synchronization.
Easify Connect requires certain permissions to perform its functions:
SMS: To send and receive messages.
Phone: To detect your phone number.
Notifications: To maintain background services.
Storage: Optional, for MMS support.
You don't need to keep the app open on your screen. However, don't force-close it. Allow it to run in the background with notifications enabled.
You can continue using your phone normally, including making calls, sending personal messages, and using other apps. Easify Connect runs in the background and doesn't interfere with your regular phone usage.
Some Android devices, especially those running newer Android versions, restrict certain app permissions.
If you encounter a restricted permission warning:
Open your phone's Settings.
Go to Apps > Easify Connect > Permissions.
Look for Restricted settings or Allow restricted permissions.
Enable the setting if prompted.
Return to Easify Connect and try granting the SMS permission again.
Yes. You can change the message delay while a campaign is running. However, the updated delay applies only to the next batch, not the batch currently being processed.
You can also connect multiple phones and run campaigns across them. Each device processes its batches independently, allowing you to distribute sending activity across multiple devices.
Easify Connect also uses random delays between the minimum and maximum values you configure. These variations help avoid sending messages at identical, fixed intervals.
Easify Connect processes campaigns in batches of 100 messages rather than downloading the entire campaign to your phone at once.
For example, if your progress shows 45 of 100, it means your phone is currently processing the first batch. Once that batch is complete, the next batch is fetched automatically.
If you pause or stop a campaign, messages already downloaded to your phone may continue processing until the current batch is complete. Future batches will not be fetched.
If you have multiple campaigns running, the next campaign may automatically start processing after the current one finishes its batch. This can sometimes make it appear that the paused campaign is still running.
If your phone loses its internet connection during a batch, messages already downloaded to the device can continue sending. Once the connection is restored, Easify Connect syncs the activity and fetches the next batch.
You can improve campaign processing speed in three ways:
Reduce the message delay: Set the minimum delay to 10 seconds, which is the lowest allowed setting.
Use Dual SIM: If your phone supports two SIM cards, enable both for sending messages simultaneously.
Connect multiple devices: Use multiple phones to process campaign batches independently.
Important: Avoid increasing your sending speed excessively. Sending too many messages in a short period may trigger carrier restrictions or spam detection.
When your campaign reaches its configured rate limit, message sending pauses automatically and resumes when the rate limit window resets. You'll also see a notification indicating how long remains until the next reset.
You can manage your rate limits in the following ways:
Set separate limits: Enable Per-SIM Mode in Rate Limit settings to configure an independent sending limit for each SIM card.
Reset the counter: Go to Profile > Campaign Rate Limit and tap Reset Counter to reset the current counter manually.
No. You can manage your SIM cards without logging out of Easify Connect.
To add or change a SIM card:
Pause your campaigns if any are running.
Go to Profile > Manage SIM Cards.
Insert your new SIM card.
Select the SIM cards you want to use and save your changes.
Resume your campaigns when ready.
If your new SIM card's phone number isn't detected automatically, some carriers may not provide the number to your device. In this case, tap the Edit button next to the SIM and enter your phone number manually in international format (e.g., +1234567890).
Yes. You can configure Working Hours in Settings to specify the days and times when your campaigns should send messages.
You can also configure overnight schedules, such as 10 PM to 6 AM. Easify Connect handles the schedule automatically.
If you start a campaign outside your configured working hours, it will wait until the next available working-hours window before starting.
Yes. There are no additional usage restrictions imposed by Easify Connect on your connected phone number.
You can continue using the number for SMS campaigns, quick messages, chat conversations, and regular phone activities.
However, your mobile carrier may still apply its own restrictions, such as daily SMS limits or spam detection policies. These restrictions are determined by your carrier, not Easify Connect.
