The Blocked Numbers feature in Easify helps you manage phone numbers that you want to prevent from contacting you through Easify. Use it when you receive unwanted or excessive incoming calls or messages from a specific number.

When Should You Use Blocked Numbers?

This feature is different from Blacklist Contacts, which serves a different purpose related to managing contacts for your communications. Make sure you choose the appropriate feature for your needs.

Blocked Numbers vs. Blacklist Contacts

These features serve different purposes in Easify.

  • Blocked Numbers: Use this feature to manage phone numbers you want to prevent from contacting you through Easify.

  • Blacklist Contacts: Use this feature for managing contacts through Easify's blacklist functionality.

Choosing the correct feature is important because blocking incoming communication is different from managing contacts for outgoing campaigns.

For instructions on the other feature, see Blacklist Contacts.
