Non-US customers use Easify through a Bring Your Own Provider (BYOP) model. This means you connect your existing Twilio or Plivo account to Easify and use it to send SMS, make calls, and run campaigns — all managed from within the Easify platform.
Any country supported by your Twilio or Plivo account is available to you. You purchase and manage your phone numbers directly through your provider, and those numbers connect seamlessly to Easify.
• Bring Your Own Provider (BYOP) — Twilio and Plivo are currently supported.
• Global reach — Target any country supported by your connected provider.
• Buy numbers from your provider — Numbers are purchased and managed in Twilio or Plivo directly.
• Run SMS, calls & campaigns — All campaign activity is managed through Easify as normal.
Note: Non-US plans do not include the Easify Gateway. You must connect Twilio or Plivo to send messages and make calls.
