One of the most common questions we get is: what happens to my credits at the end of the month? The short answer is simple — your credits never expire and they never disappear. Here's everything you need to know.
Every credit you have in your Easify account stays there until you use it. It doesn't matter whether those credits came from your monthly plan, a top-up purchase, or a bonus — none of them have an expiry date.
You won't lose credits at the end of a billing cycle, at the end of the year, or at any other point. Your balance is yours to use whenever you need it.
At the start of each new billing cycle, Easify adds your plan's monthly credits to your existing balance. Any credits you didn't use from the previous month are still there — so your total balance simply grows until you use them.
For example: if you have 1,200 credits left at the end of the month and your plan adds 4,500 new credits, your new balance will be 5,700 credits — not 4,500.
The rollover and no-expiry policy applies to every type of credit in your account:
• Plan credits — Credits included in your monthly subscription.
• Top-up credits — Credits purchased separately at any time.
• Bonus credits — Extra credits earned when topping up at higher amounts.
All of these roll over indefinitely. There is no distinction between credit types when it comes to expiry — everything carries forward.
