How to Change Your Plan

You can select or change your plan at any time. Here's how:

1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the platform.

2. Click on ‘View Profile‘.

3. Select Plan & Billing.

4. Click Manage Plan.

5. Choose the plan or add-ons you want and confirm your selection.

You can also select add-ons directly when first signing up for a plan.

Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade your plan at any time, including mid-cycle. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the additional cost is calculated based on the number of weeks remaining in your current billing month — so you only pay for what you use.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrading is also available at any time through Plan & Billing > Manage Plan. Your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which the new plan takes effect.
