Before going live, or at any time after, you can test how your AI responds to specific messages. Navigate to AI Replies > Test AI Replies to send sample messages and review the responses.
If a response isn't quite right, go back to Agent Configuration, update your training content, and test again. This is the recommended way to fine-tune your AI before assigning it to a live number.
