Easify's AI Replies feature allows your business to automatically respond to incoming text messages using a trained AI. Instead of manually answering every inbound SMS, the AI handles responses based on your own content — giving customers fast, accurate, and consistent replies at any time of day.
AI Replies is an automated SMS response system powered by AI. You train the AI using your own documents and content, assign it a phone number, and it will automatically respond to every message that comes in on that number.
This is ideal for businesses that receive a high volume of repetitive questions — such as pricing enquiries, appointment requests, or FAQs — and want to handle them without manual effort.
