The AI Call Assistant integrates directly with Easify's Automation builder. This allows you to trigger an AI call as part of a broader workflow — for example, calling a new lead automatically when they are added to your CRM.
To add an AI call to an automation:
1. Navigate to Automation in the left-hand menu.
2. Create a new automation or open an existing one.
3. Add an AI Call node to your workflow.
4. Select the AI assistant you want to use and configure the trigger conditions.
5. Save and activate your automation.
