Follow these steps to set up your AI Call Assistant in Easify:
1. Navigate to Calls > AI Assistants in the left-hand menu.
2. Click Create Your AI Assistant.
3. Choose Single Language or Multi-Language depending on your needs.
4. Enter a name for your assistant.
5. Select the Default Language, this is the language used for the first message.
6. Choose a Voice for your assistant.
7. Write your First Message — this is what the AI will say when a call connects.
8. Write your System Prompt — this defines the assistant's personality, knowledge, and boundaries.
9. Build your Conversation Flow — add nodes to define what happens when specific conditions are met.
10. Save your assistant.
Assign a phone number to the AI assistant to activate it.
