The AI learns from the content you upload in AI Replies > Training Hub. You can train it using any of the following:
• Documents (.docx) — Upload Word documents containing your business information, FAQs, or scripts.
• PDFs — Upload product guides, service descriptions, or any other PDF content.
• Plain text — Paste text directly into the configuration to give the AI specific instructions or information.
The more relevant content you provide, the more accurately the AI will respond to your customers. You can update and expand the training content at any time from the Agent Configuration screen.
There are criteria available to ensure the AI assistant has all the information it needs. There is also a sample document available for the MCA industry. You can see these documents after you set up your assistant.
