To use the AI Call Assistant for inbound calls, assign a phone number to the assistant during setup. Any call that comes in on that number will be handled by the AI automatically, following the conversation flow you have defined.
The assistant greets the caller with your First Message, listens to their response, and navigates the flow accordingly — no human intervention needed.
