The Conversation Flow is where you define how the AI responds to different situations during a call. Each node in the flow represents a condition and an action. When a condition is met, the AI carries out the corresponding action.
To create the conversation flow, follow these steps:
Add a name for the action
Set a condition, if this condition is met, the AI will take the action. For example ‘If client shows interest‘
Select the node type
Available actions for each node:
• Conversation — Continue the dialogue with a specific response or instruction.
• Trigger SMS or Email — Automatically send a follow-up message based on what was said. Add the response of the AI assistant to ‘What to Say‘. For example, ‘Sure, I will send you the link right now!‘ and add the message the AI is going to send.
• Transfer — Transfer the call to a human agent or another number. Add the number the AI will transfer the call to and the response of the AI assistant to ‘What to Say‘. For example, ‘I will transfer you right now’.
• End — End the call gracefully.
