Easify uses a credit-based system to power your marketing activities across SMS, calls, voicemails, emails, and more. Credits give you the flexibility to use only what you need, when you need it — so you're always in control of your spend.
Credits are the currency of the Easify platform. Every action you take, sending an SMS, making a voice call, dropping a ringless voicemail, or sending an email, uses a certain number of credits. Think of them as a pre-paid balance that you draw from as you run your campaigns.
Every Easify plan comes with a set number of credits included. You can always top up your balance at any time if you need more. The credits never expire and roll over month-to-month
Each credit is worth approximately $0.005 (half a cent). The more you recharge, the more value you get — higher top-up amounts unlock bonus credits, meaning your cost per credit goes down.
Here's how the bonus tiers work when topping up:
• $1,000+ — Get 10% extra credits
• $5,000+ — Get 15% extra credits
• $7,500+ — Get 20% extra credits
• $10,000+ — Get 20% extra credits
You can top up your credits at any time from within your Easify account.

1. Log in to your Easify account.
2. Navigate to Credits at the top of your account.
3. Click on the + symbol
4. Select the amount you'd like to top up.
5. Review your total credits and complete the purchase.
Your credits will be added to your balance immediately and are ready to use across all your campaigns.
