# Set Up Calling in Easify Connect

Use your Easify Connect phone number to make calls directly from the Easify web app. Calls are placed through your connected Android phone and SIM.

**Requirements:** A US phone number (+1) is required to make calls from Easify. Your SIM must also support 3-way (conference) calling.

## **Step 1: Update Easify Connect**

Calling requires the latest version of Easify Connect.

1.  [Download the latest APK from the Easify Connect download page.](https://help.easify.app/en/articles/148-set-up-calling-in-easify-connect.md#heading-0-step-1-update-easify-connect)
    
2.  Install it over your existing app.
    

## **Step 2: Enable Browser Calling**

1.  Open the **Easify Connect** app on your Android phone.
    
2.  Turn on **Browser Calling**.
    
3.  Under **Permissions**, tap **Allow** next to **Phone calls**.
    
4.  Tap **Continue** to set Easify Connect as your phone app.
    
5.  Select **Easify Connect**, then tap **Set as default**.
    

## **Step 3: Make a Call from Easify**

1.  Open the dialer in the **Easify web app**.
    
2.  Select your Easify Connect **US number (+1)** as the **From Number**.
    
3.  Place your call. It will go through your connected Android phone using the selected number.
    

## **Important Notes**

-   A **US (+1) number** is required to make calls from Easify.
    
-   Your SIM must support **3-way (conference) calling**.
    
-   Each browser call uses **two calls’ worth of your plan’s minutes**.
