# Manage SIM Cards in Easify Connect

Learn how to add, remove, or update SIM cards in Easify Connect, select which SIMs to use for campaigns, and manage SIM details without logging out.

You can add, remove, or change the SIM cards used with Easify Connect without logging out of the app. This lets you update your SIM configuration without losing campaign progress.

## **How to Manage SIM Cards**

1. If a campaign is running, go to the **Dashboard** and pause campaigns using the pause toggle.

2. Go to **Profile** > **Manage SIM Cards**.

3. Easify Connect will display the SIM cards detected on your device.

4. Select or deselect the SIM cards you want to use with Easify.

5. If a phone number isn’t detected automatically, tap the **edit icon** and enter it manually in international format, starting with + (for example, +1234567890).

6. Tap **Save** to sync your SIM configuration with the server.

7. Return to the **Dashboard** and resume campaigns by turning off the pause toggle.

## **SIM Card Details**

The Manage SIM Cards screen displays the following information for each detected SIM:

## **Important Notes**

- At least **one SIM card must be selected**.

- Every selected SIM must have a phone number. Enter it manually if it isn’t detected.

- Phone numbers must be in **international format**, starting with +.

- **eSIM is supported on Android 9 and later.**

- Campaigns are automatically paused while you’re on the Manage SIM Cards screen to prevent conflicts.

**Tip:** If you insert a new SIM card, open **Manage SIM Cards**. Easify Connect will detect the new SIM automatically so that you can select it for use.
