The Easify Email Sender is Easify's recommended email gateway for sending emails from the platform. It allows you to configure your sender email, authenticate your domain, and send emails through Easify.
Before the sender can be used for sending emails, you need to verify the sender email and add the required DNS records to your domain.
Go to Email > Email Senders.
Click Add Email Sender.
Under Select Gateway, select Easify Email Sender.
Under Sender Details, complete Step 1: Create Email Domain.
Enter a professional From Name. This is the name recipients will see when they receive your email.
Enter the From Email address you want to use for outgoing emails. This is the email address that will appear in the From field when recipients receive your emails.
Click Verify Email.
Easify will create the email sender and display the DNS records required to authenticate your domain.
After creating the email sender, you need to add the DNS records provided by Easify to your domain.
Under Step 2, Easify displays the DNS records required to authenticate your domain.
Review the DNS records displayed in Easify.
Copy each record using the Copy option, or click Copy All to copy all the records at once.
Open your domain provider's DNS settings.
Add the DNS records exactly as provided by Easify.
The records may include CNAME and TXT records used to authenticate your domain and support trusted email sending.
Note: DNS settings are managed through your domain provider. The steps for adding DNS records may vary depending on your provider.
After adding the DNS records to your domain:
Return to Easify.
Select the I've added these records checkbox.
Click Verify.
Easify will validate your DNS configuration. Once the DNS records are successfully verified, your email sender will be ready to use.
Note: DNS changes may take some time to propagate. If verification fails, confirm that the DNS records were added exactly as provided by Easify and try verifying again later.
After adding an email sender, go to Email > Email Senders to view and manage your senders.
Open the sender's Actions menu to access the available options:
Reverify Sender - Verify the sender and domain again.
Set as Default for Outgoing Emails - Use the sender as the default sender for outgoing emails.
Assign to a User - Assign the sender to a specific user.
Delete - Remove the email sender when it is no longer needed.
