Create an Email Campaign

Create an Email Campaign in Easify by setting up the campaign, selecting recipients and an email sender, composing the email, adding templates or attachments, previewing the email, and starting or scheduling the campaign.

What is an Email Campaign?

Email marketing is a way to communicate with customers or contacts through targeted email messages, such as promotions, announcements, updates, or follow-ups.

An Email Campaign in Easify lets you send a targeted email to a selected group of contacts. You can choose an email sender and recipient list, create your email using a template or from scratch, add attachments, preview the email, and start the campaign immediately or schedule it for later.

Create an Email Campaign in Easify

  1. Go to Email > Campaign from the left-side menu.

  2. Click Create Email Campaign.

Set Up the Campaign

  1. Enter a Campaign Name.

  2. Select the Email Sender you want to use.

  3. Select the Recipient List for the campaign.

  4. Click Compose Email.

Compose the Email

  1. Select an existing Template Group and Template to use a saved email template, or compose a new email using the Subject and Message editors.

  2. Use AI Compose to generate email content based on your requirements.

  3. Use Merge Fields to personalize the subject or message, if needed.

  4. Click Save as Template to save the subject and message as a new email template for future use.

  5. Select the Show Unsubscribe Text checkbox to include an unsubscribe option in the email.

  6. Add an attachment, if required.

  7. Click Preview to review the email before sending or scheduling the campaign.

The Preview screen also shows the estimated credits for the campaign along with the Email preview. 

Start or Schedule the Campaign

Once your email is ready:

  • Click Start Campaign to send the campaign immediately.

  • To send it later, select Schedule For Later to choose the date, time, and time zone, and confirm the schedule.
