Send a Quick Email

Quick Email lets you send an email directly to a selected number of recipients without creating an email campaign. You can send a Quick Email to up to 10 recipients at a time. The feature is available on both the Easify web app and mobile app.

How to Send a Quick Email:

1. From the navigation bar, go to Email > Quick Email.

2. Click the “Send Quick” button. 

3. Select the From Email sender you want to use.

4. Add the Recipients. You can add up to 10 recipients. 

5. Add CC or BCC recipients, as required. 

6. Select a Template Group and Template if you want to use an existing email template. 

7. Enter the Subject. You can also select a Subject Merge Field to personalize the subject. 

8. Compose your message in the Message editor. You can select a Merge Field to personalize the email or use AI Compose to generate a message based on your needs. 

9. Click Add Document to attach files, if required. 

10. Select Generate Unsubscribe Link if you want to include an unsubscribe link in the email. 

11. Click Send. 

Your Quick Email will be sent to the selected recipients.
