Schedule and Manage Quick Emails

Schedule and manage Quick Emails in Easify, including viewing email status, previewing emails, filtering by source, date range, or user, and using available actions such as Send Now and Delete.

Quick Email lets you send an email directly to up to 10 recipients without creating an email campaign. You can send emails immediately or schedule them for later from the Easify web app or mobile app.

Schedule a Quick Email

  1. Go to Email > Quick Email.

  2. Click Send Quick.

  3. Add the sender, recipients, subject, and message.

  4. Click Schedule for later.

  5. Select the date, time, and time zone for the email to be sent.

  6. Confirm the schedule and click Send.

The email will appear under the Scheduled tab until it is sent.

Manage Quick Emails

Go to Email > Quick Email to view and manage your Quick Emails. Use the tabs to filter emails by status:

  • All - View all Quick Emails.

  • Success - View successfully sent emails.

  • Scheduled - View emails scheduled for later.

  • Pending - View emails that are pending.

  • Failed - View emails that could not be sent.

Preview an Email

Click Preview to view the email details, including the sender, recipient, subject, message, and current status.

Filter Quick Emails

Click the Filter icon to narrow the list using available filters such as:

  • Source - Filter emails based on their source, App or Public API.

  • Date Range - View emails within a specific date range.

  • Users - Filter emails by the user who sent or created them.

You can also use the Search field to find a specific Quick Email.

Manage an Email

Open the Actions menu for an email to access the available actions. Depending on the email's status, you can:

  • Send Now - Send a scheduled quick email immediately.

  • Delete - Delete the email.
