Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Add the Easify SMS Action

1. Log in to your ActiveCampaign account.

2. Navigate to Automations.

3. Under the Apps section, search for and select Easify SMS.

4. Choose the Send an SMS action.

Step 2: Retrieve API Credentials from Easify

1. Log in to the Easify Console.

2. Navigate to Settings > API Settings and copy your unique External API Token.

3. Navigate to Phone Numbers and copy the Easify phone number assigned to the account.

Step 3: Configure the SMS Message

1. Enter the SMS message to be sent to contacts.

2. Review the configuration.

3. Save the automation.

Step 4: Activate the Automation

1. Activate the automation in ActiveCampaign.

2. Select the contacts that should receive the SMS.

3. Add the selected contacts to the automation.
