Head over to the GHL App Marketplace.
Search for Easify SMS and install the extension.
Once installed, a new Easify SMS tab will appear in your GHL sidebar navigation.
Click on the Easify SMS section in your sidebar. You will need to input and configure three key pieces of information:
Location ID: Find this in GHL under Settings → Business Profile.
External API Token: Log into your Easify account and navigate to Settings → API Settings to copy your token.
Conversation From Number: Select the phone number you want your SMS messages to be sent from when using GHL conversations.
Navigate to GHL Automations and open or create a workflow.
Add a new action and select Easify SMS.
Type your custom message into the Message Body field and select the from number from which SMS needs to be sent.
Set the workflow to Publish and save your changes.
To send a mass message using your new setup:
Go to the Contacts section in GHL.
Select the contacts you wish to message.
Trigger the newly created automation.
💡 Result: The Easify SMS action will instantly broadcast the message to all selected contacts at once.
Go to the Conversations section in GHL.
Select the contact for which a conversation needs to be created.
Select chat type as Easify.
Send SMS to GHL contacts using Easify as the conversation provider; the replies will also be reflected in the GHL conversation.
