Every role in Easify can be customised to match exactly what that user needs to access. You can enable or restrict access to any feature within the platform — from campaigns and contacts to reports and settings.
To update a user's role or permissions:
1. Navigate to Users > Roles & Permissions.
2. Find the user you want to update and click on their profile.
3. Adjust their role or toggle individual feature permissions as needed.
4. Click Save to apply the changes.
