Easify allows you to control what each user can access and manage within your account. User roles help you organize access based on a user's responsibilities, department, or level of authority.
Easify includes three default user roles: Admin, Manager, and Employee. You can customize the permissions for these default roles based on your team's requirements, or create custom roles when you need a different set of permissions.
Role | Access Level | What They Can Do |
Admin | Full account access | Can view and manage all users, departments, campaigns, contacts, settings, and other account activities. Admins have the highest level of access by default. |
Manager | Department-level access | Can manage campaigns and activities for employees in their assigned department. They cannot access employees or activities belonging to other departments or managers. |
Employee | Personal access | Can view and manage their own assigned work and campaigns. They cannot access other employees' accounts or campaigns. |
If the default roles do not meet your requirements, you can create custom roles with a specific set of permissions.
Permissions can also be customized for each role, allowing you to enable or restrict access to specific Easify features based on the user's responsibilities.
Note: A user's access depends on the permissions assigned to their role. Changing a role's permissions can change what users assigned to that role can view or manage.
